Conditions of Sale:

1. Each piece of fabric must be a minimum of 2 metres in length.
   
   
2. Each piece should be cleaned/dry-cleaned and ironed and have no tears, stains or odours.
   
   
3. We will discuss the fabric with you and agree on a price. It will then be tagged with measurements and fibre content (if possible) and placed on sale for 3 months.
   
   
4. We will take 50% of the proceeds of all sales and the balance will be made by bank transfer to your nominated bank account within 5 working days of the sale.
   
   
5. If at the end of 3 months your fabric hasn't sold, we will try to contact you to see if you wish to collect it or if you would like it to remain on sale for a further month. 
   
   
6. If the fabric still doesn't sell, we will ask you to collect it. If you choose not to or we are unable to contact you, the fabric will be donated to charity.
